All product are provided on the dates indicated in the registration form on this website. Our company holds the rights to change the dates of our products, informing participants with a minimum 2-weeks' notice.

 

Incorrect Orders

 

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation charges for our product are 10% following confirmation of order, 100% within 1 working days of  start.

 

Following the formal receipt of your cancellation, we will initiate the refunding of your payment. This can take up to 30 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
